Cancellation policy 📚

  1. Influencers have the right to refuse revisions requested by the businesses unless the business has explicitly chosen to pay for 'unlimited revisions' during campaign creation, should an influencer offer that option. Should the business feel that the refusal to make revisions is not 'fair', the business may contact the fluencr support team to intervene and resolve the dispute.

  2. Should the business wish to cancel a collaboration after the influencer has been briefed and/or begun content creation, the business needs to contact the fluencr support team. The fluencr support team will then intervene and take the necessary action. Cancellation fees may be applied, on a case-by-case basis. The same policy applies to the influencer should he/she wish to cancel after being briefed and/or after beginning the content creation process.
