What happens if an influencer doesn't respond after accepting a campaign collaboration request?
We release the influencer charge and any other corresponding fees back to you.
What if we want to add an influencer to an existing campaign?
We currently don't support this. You'll have to start a new campaign with the new influencer.
How do revisions work?
We encourage every influencer to add a rate for 'unlimited revisions per campaign' when they set up their rate card.
For the influencers that have set a rate for unlimited revisions per campaign, you may tick the 'unlimited revisions per campaign' option when choosing the influencer's assets during campaign creation. Should the influencer refuse any revision requests after choosing this option, you may lodge a support ticket and we will release this charge back to you after conducting an investigation.
For influencers that haven't set a rate for unlimited revisions per campaign, revisions will be at the sole discretion of the influencer.
What happens if I don't complete the campaign guideline?
The campaign guideline is our way of reminding you the best practices in campaign management and communication. Leaving the guideline incomplete implies that you have not followed the recommended approach. When support tickets are raised, completion of the guideline will be taken into consideration during resolution of each ticket.
What if the influencer publishes the wrong asset URL?
You may lodge a support ticket. Once fluencr conducts an investigation, the URL field will be reset for the influencer to submit again.
What if the influencer delivers only a few assets and then does not respond for the remaining assets?
You may lodge a support ticket. Once fluencr conducts an investigation, the asset fee, a decision will be made on refunds and deductions. The influencer account may also be subject to suspension. Please refer our terms and conditions for more on refunds and settlements.
What if the influencer deletes the content right after publishing?
You may lodge a support ticket. Once fluencr conducts an investigation, a decision will be made on refunds and deductions. The influencer account may also be subject to suspension. Please refer our terms and conditions for more on refunds and settlements.
When is a campaign considered over?
As soon as the last asset has been published.
When and how do payments get released to influencers?
We release influencer payments right after they've published their final asset from each campaign. Please refer our terms and conditions for more.
How do payments work?
We charge the total campaign cost + any other fees before you start the campaign and hold it in escrow. Once the campaign is over, influencers are paid and any refunds are released back to you. Please refer our terms and conditions for more on refunds and cancellations.
What happens if an influencer does not publish the content within the specified campaign timeline start and end dates?
Businesses can lodge a support ticket. fluencr will the conduct an investigation and may refund and/or temporarily lock the influencers account accordingly. Please refer our terms and conditions for more on refunds and cancellations.
